Living by the lake

Selected areas of a former gravel pit in Parndorf (gravel pond approx. 120,000m²) and in Kittsee (bathing lake approx. 52,000m²) were rededicated to realize new building land. In both planned settlement areas, large areas were dedicated as recreational areas and made freely accessible to the population. Based on our 3D-surveying, the specifications of the regional planning and our road projects, the respective settlement areas were modulated and new access roads were built to connect the residential and recreational areas to the existing traffic networks. We drafted the subdivision deeds, supervised the laying of the infrastructure lines, the construction of the roads and all other construction measures in terms of surveying.

Neusiedler See Villen Oggau

Directly adjacent to the Neusiedler See National Park, on the site of the former lake barracks, an exclusive settlement concept was implemented in cooperation with the authorities and 47 building plots with direct access to the Neusiedler See were created. We supervised the surveying of the project from the beginning to the implementation (site and elevation plan, subdivision plan, road and sewer planning, 3D planning for modeling the terrain, construction support during the construction phases).
